Emily was awesome! She was referred to me by my daughter and came highly reccomended. She was wonderful to work with. I had several comments on the listing that she prepared. How great the photos were and how nice of a write up she had about the property. We were thinking we wouldn' t sell it right away but 4 days after she listed it we signed the sellers agreement. She explained the whole process and answered all of our questions. She gave us great advice on how to market the home and it worked. So thankful we had her as our realtor.

Emily Smith was absolutely the best. Throughout the whole process I felt like I was her only client as she was so responsive, so attentative, and so helpful all the time. Emily made the process extremely easy and stress free, explaining anything I needed explained and assisting with all the logistical stuff that comes with purchasing a home. I would absolutely want her to represent me again.

I teased Emily that all a realtor does is pound in a sign and rake in the money. Working with her made me realize there is A LOT more in a house sale than that; inspections, coordinating contractors, estimates, and knowledge of the trade and the area. She did a fine job and was well worth the money :-)

She was always just a text away when I needed her. She answered any questions I had, and being a first time homeowner I had a lot. Even after closing she has been there for anything I need. 10/10 recomend!

Emily has gone above and beyond in helping us to find a house. We are first time home buyers and had very little clue where to start and what to do. She provided so much help along the way; getting us in touch with the proper people, explaining things to us we were uncertain about, and providing us with the proper resources. She had so much patience with us, answering so many questions, taking us to see house after house until we found our right home, and putting up with our antics. I met Emily as she is sellers agent on a property we contracted for. She was diligent and responsive with the contract and questions. While our 1st deal is pending due to a title issue, when another property came up she reached out immediately to us and yes we were interested. She was extremely helpful in working through this deal as well. Things don't always go as planned so we were grateful for her support and her work with the sellers agent. She is a nice person and trust worthy. We couldn't be happier!

Emily Smith's pleasant personality, patience and ability to explain everything clearly made this, my first home purchase, a great experience. The reality that she was not going to make a lot of money on this transaction did not seem to affect her enthusiasm or responsiveness.
